- 12 slices thick cut bacon
Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium high heat, about 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the bacon strips on the hot griddle so they are not touching.
Cook the bacon for 3-5 minutes, depending on the thickness of your bacon, flip with tongs and continue cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes or bacon is cooked to your preferred doneness. The bacon is ready when the white fat on the bacon becomes translucent and pink parts are a reddish-brown color.
Remove the bacon from the griddle to a plate lined with paper towels to soak up excess grease.
Serve immediately.
- Store leftover bacon in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Reheat it by popping the slices in the microwave until warm.
