Blackstone Bacon

Ingredients

  • 12 slices thick cut bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium high heat, about 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the bacon strips on the hot griddle so they are not touching.
  • Cook the bacon for 3-5 minutes, depending on the thickness of your bacon, flip with tongs and continue cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes or bacon is cooked to your preferred doneness. The bacon is ready when the white fat on the bacon becomes translucent and pink parts are a reddish-brown color.
  • Remove the bacon from the griddle to a plate lined with paper towels to soak up excess grease.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Store leftover bacon in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Reheat it by popping the slices in the microwave until warm.
