Ingredients

  • 1 refrigerated cinnamon rolls 8 count can, (12.4 ounces)
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • Parchment paper square

Instructions

  • Preheat Blackstone griddle to low heat, about 350 degrees Fahrenheit, the easiest way to check the temp is with an infrared thermometer.
  • When the griddle is hot, grease the griddle with butter.
  • Separate the cinnamon rolls and lay each roll on the preheated griddle making sure to leave space between each roll.
  • Take a piece of square parchment paper and put it on the top of a cinnamon roll, press down with a griddle spatula on top of the parchment paper to smash the roll. Peel off the parchment paper and repeat with each roll until all of them are smashed.
  • Cook the roll for about 2 minutes or until the bottom is browned, flip over, and press down on top of each roll with griddle spatula (you don’t need the parchment paper this time). Continue cooking until the cinnamon roll is cooked through for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from the griddle and stack on a plate.
  • Heat up icing that comes with cinnamon rolls and drizzle over the top of the rolls.
  • Serve immediately.
