Delicious homemade guacamole with grilled corn! This is perfect to snack on, top burgers or steaks with! This Grilled Corn Guacamole is bursting with flavor, healthy and so easy!
Grill the corn on medium high heat until it is nice and golden with grill marks. Set aside to cool.
Cut avocados in half and scoop out into a mixing bowl. Mash with fork until there are just small chunks left.
Cut the corn off of the cobs and add to avocado mixture. Then add onion, cilantro, garlic, sea salt, lime and tomato. Mix will and serve with tortilla chips.

If you don't have a grill simply use a grill pan on your stove top to char the corn.
