If you are using wooden skewers soak in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling or broiling to prevent burning.
In a small bowl mix together all of the rub ingredients.
Cut chicken breasts into 1'' cubes. Place in a large bowl and add olive, toss to coat. Add homemade rub and toss until chicken is evenly coated.
Thread chicken onto skewers.
Generously grease grill. Preheat grill to medium heat (about 350 degrees F) according to manufactures directions.
Place chicken skewers on grill. Grill about 10 minutes (this will depending on the temperature of your grill and how big your chicken cubes are). Rotate every few minutes. They are done when the internal temperature is 165 degree F.
Brush the chicken with with barbecue sauce, flip and cook for about 1 minutes. While cooking brush the otherside with BBQ Sauce and flip and cook an additional minute.
