  • 6 c. fresh strawberries halved
  • 2 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1/4 c. all purpose flour

  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. Bob's Red Mill Classic Granola
  • 4 Tbsp butter softened
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Preheat pellet grill to 350 degrees. We used competition blend wood pellets in our pellet smoker.
  • In a bowl combine the filling ingredients. Place in cast iron skillet. I used a 10'' cast iron skillet.
  • In a seperate bowl combine the topping ingredients. Work mixture with your hands until all pieces are coated with butter. Spread over strawberry filling.
  • Place cast iron skillet in smoker and close lid. Smoke for 30 minutes or until crumble top is golden brown and strawberries are bubbling.
  • Serve with ice cream.

You can also make this in the oven! Just preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare it as the recipe states. Put it in the oven and let it bake 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and strawberries are bubbling.
