Pulled Pork Nachos

These delicious Pulled Pork Nachos are a great recipe to use up leftover pulled pork! Tortilla Chips topped with pulled pork, BBQ sauce, red onion, bacon, Monterrey Jack and Mozzarella Cheese makes it the perfect dinner, appetizer or tailgating recipe!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Tortilla Chips
  • 3 c. shredded pulled pork
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Monterrey Jack Cheese shredded
  • 4 oz Mozzerella Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 c. bacon bits
  • 8 oz pineapple tidbits
  • 3/4 c. BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  • Clean and preheat grill for direct cooking to 400 degrees F.
  • Place tortilla chips in cast iron skillet or on baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
  • Place pulled pork over the chips. Add remaining ingredients to the top of the pulled pork.
  • Place on grill, close lid and cook 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from grill and eat!

Notes

You can also bake these in the oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
