- 1 1/ 2 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Preheat grill to 350 degrees.
Mix rub ingredients together in small bowl.
Sprinkle pork chops with rub and massage into meat on both sides.
Let pork chops rest for 5 minutes.
Place on grill and grill 6-8 minutes on each side.
