Ingredients

brown sugar

red wine vinegar

Worcestershire sauce

smoked paprika

yellow onion
finely minced, optional
Instructions
In a saucepan combine all of the ingredients and heat over medium low heat. Stir to combine.
Bring the ingredients to a simmer, reduce reat and simmer on low for 8-10 minutes or until thickened.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for up to three months.
Notes
If you decide to use the finely minced onion saute in 1 Tbsp olive oil until softened and cooked. Add in rest of ingredients and follow recipe.
