A quick and easy holiday dessert! This pie has a subtle smoked flavor that makes it amazing. You can also make it in your oven if you don’t have a smoker. Whip up a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving!
Heat smoker. Place a rimmed baking sheet upside down or cake pan.
Combine all the ingredients except pie shell. Pour mixture into pie crust.
Place pie on top of upside down baking sheet in smoker. Smoke until cooked.
Cool and serve.
