Egg Muffins on the Grill

Egg Muffins on the Grill ~ These easy breakfast egg muffins can be made right on the grill while you are camping or when it's hot out and you don't want to warm up the house! Light, fluffy eggs with cheese and ham made in a muffin tin.

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. diced ham

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to 350 degrees
  • In a large mixing bowl or Ziploc bag mix together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Stir in cheese and ham. Pour into 12 muffin cups
  • Grill for 25 - 30 minutes or until eggs are set. I rotated the pan halfway through grilling because the back of my grill heats faster than the front. Also, I had the direct burners on low and the indirect burners on medium-high.

Notes

These can also be made in the oven. Bake them at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
