Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops about 3/4'' thick

Rub

  • 2 Tbsp kosher salt
  • 2 Tbsp dark brown sugar firmly packed
  • 1 1/ 2 Tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to 350 degrees.
  • Mix rub ingredients together in small bowl.
  • Sprinkle pork chops with rub and massage into meat on both sides.
  • Let pork chops rest for 5 minutes.
  • Place on grill and grill 6-8 minutes on each side.
  • Remove from grill when pork reaches and internal temp of 145 degrees. Cover with foil, let rest 5-10 minutes before enjoying. This will let the fibers of the meat relax and give you that juicy, tender pork chop you want!
