STEAK TACOS

CHILE LIME

Tender, juicy flank steak marinated in lime juice and then rubbed with spices. Then grilled to medium rare and sliced for these delicious Chile Lime Steak Tacos in a crisp corn tortilla!

We tried these the other night and the steak was so juicy and full of flavor I had to sneak some of that before we made the tacos. Can’t wait to make them again! -Coleen

INGREDIENTS

▢ 1 lb flank steak ▢ 3/4 tsp cumin ▢ 1/4 tsp pepper ▢ 1 tsp salt ▢ 1/2 tsp smoked paprika ▢ 1/2 tsp chili powder ▢  1/2 tsp garlic powder ▢ 2 limes juiced ▢ 2 garlic cloves minced ▢ 8 corn tortillas

Put flank steak in a pan with rimmed edges. Pour juice of limes over it and marinate. Preheat grill.

Combine cumin, pepper, salt, chili powder, smoked paprika, and garlic powder in bowl.

Place steak on grill and grill, flip and grill. Remove from grill, let rest, then slice across grain.

Prepare corn tortillas according to directions. Place steak in tortilla shells, top with your desired toppings.
