▢ 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce ▢ 1 Tbsp light brown sugar ▢ 1 tsp garlic powder ▢ 1 tsp garlic salt ▢ 1 Tbsp soy sauce ▢ 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar ▢ 1/2 tsp ground black pepper ▢ 1 1/2 lb flank steak
In a small bowl, whisk together everything except the flank steak.
Place flank steak in a ziplock bag. Pour marinade over the top of the steak. Squeeze air out of bag and seal. Place in the refrigerator to marinate.
Heat electric smoker. Place flank steak on smoker and smoke until the internal temperature is 135 degrees F or your preference of doneness.
