TACOS

What’s better than a burger AND better than a taco? A smash burger taco!

½ cup mayonnaise 1 ½ teaspoons yellow mustard ¼ cup ketchup ½ teaspoon dried onion ¼ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon white vinegar 2 Tablespoons butter 1 pound ground beef 4 slices American cheese 4 taco size soft tortillas 1 teaspoon beef seasoning Toppings: Shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles

In a small mixing bowl mix all the ingredients for the sauce until well combined. Place in the refrigerator.

Preheat Blackstone Griddle, flat-top griddle or 12” cast iron skillet to medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal sections.

Take one section and spread it evenly over one side of a taco shell making sure to cover the entire taco shell, it will be thin. Repeat with all taco shells and ground beef. Place on tray until ready to cook.

Season each taco with beef seasoning.

Pour about half of butter onto the cooking surface, spread around with the back of the spatula. Place tacos with meat side down on a hot cooking surface.

Cook 3-4 minutes, flip taco and top with a slice of cheese on each taco. Cook an additional 3 minutes or until the hamburger is cooked through to 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Once the burgers are fully cooked, remove them from the griddle and add your desired toppings.
