Spread yellow mustard evenly over the ribs and cover completely with rub. Wrap the ribs and place in the refrigerator
After 3 hours remove ribs from smoker. Lay the ribs on a foil and pour your apple juice and bbq sauce mixture over the ribs. Seal and smoke again.
After 2 hours, remove the ribs from the smoker. Remove the ribs from foil. Coat ribs with BBQ sauce, honey and brown sugar. place back on the smoker.
Remove from smoker and brush with sauce again and serve!
