SMOKED RIBS

Put a little kick in your Baby Back Ribs with these easy Spicy Smoked Ribs using the 3 2 1 method to achieve fall off the bone ribs on your Traeger! These spicy Smoked Ribs are what you need to put a delicious kick in your dinner!

INGREDIENTS

Baby Back Ribs

Yellow Mustard

Spicy BBQ Sauce

Apple Juice

Brown Sugar

Black Pepper

Olive Oil

Salt

Onion

Paprika

Remove the membrane on the back of the ribs. Mix the rub ingredients.

Spread yellow mustard evenly over the ribs and cover completely with rub.  Wrap the ribs and place in the refrigerator

Smoke. Mix together apple juice and water in a spray bottle and spritz ribs with mixture.

After 3 hours remove ribs from smoker. Lay the ribs on a foil and pour your apple juice and bbq sauce mixture over the ribs. Seal and smoke again.

After 2 hours, remove the ribs from the smoker. Remove the ribs from foil. Coat ribs with BBQ sauce, honey and brown sugar. place back on the smoker.

Remove from smoker and brush with sauce again and serve!
