- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter softened, unsalted
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar packed
- 1 ¼ teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs room temperature
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
Mix butter with brown sugar in a different bowl. Add vanilla and eggs and mix until smooth and fluffy.
Add flour mixture to wet ingredients and mix to combine. Then add chocolate chips.
Preheat the Blackstone griddle to a low heat.
Scoop the dough into 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet or large plate.
Place the balls of dough directly on the preheated griddle. Use a spatula to flatten the dough balls and let cook for 3-4 minutes until golden. Flip the cookies over and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove cookies from the griddle and place on a cooling rack until cookies are cooled.
Store chocolate chip cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
Freezer: Store cookies in freezer bag or airtight container. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
