Blackstone Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter softened, unsalted
  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar packed
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
  • Mix butter with brown sugar in a different bowl. Add vanilla and eggs and mix until smooth and fluffy.
  • Add flour mixture to wet ingredients and mix to combine. Then add chocolate chips.
  • Preheat the Blackstone griddle to a low heat.
  • Scoop the dough into 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet or large plate.
  • Place the balls of dough directly on the preheated griddle. Use a spatula to flatten the dough balls and let cook for 3-4 minutes until golden. Flip the cookies over and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove cookies from the griddle and place on a cooling rack until cookies are cooled.

Notes

Store chocolate chip cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
Freezer: Store cookies in freezer bag or airtight container. Thaw at room temperature before serving.
