Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes quartered
  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your Blackstone Griddle to medium low heat.
  • Place the quartered potatoes in a large bowl and add 2 Tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat potatoes.
  • Add the remaining 2 Tablespoons of olive oil to the griddle.
  • Add the potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until crispy on the outside and cooked through. Remove and serve immediately.

Notes

Store any leftover home fried potatoes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
To reheat leftover potatoes, add oil or butter to the Blackstone and reheat on the griddle or in a frying pan on the stove top. You can reheat fried potatoes in the microwave, but they likely won't stay crispy.
