Preheat your Blackstone Griddle to medium low heat.
Place the quartered potatoes in a large bowl and add 2 Tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat potatoes.
Add the remaining 2 Tablespoons of olive oil to the griddle.
