- 4 large carrots
- ¼ cup water
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat the Blackstone griddle over low heat.
Peel the carrots and slice them into ¼ inch thick slices.
Place the carrots on the griddle. Then pour the ¼ cup of water on top of the carrots and cover with a dome lid to steam the carrots.
Cook for approximately 4-5 minutes, then flip the carrots and cook for another 3-4 more minutes until the carrots are tender.
Top the carrots with butter and let it melt and then add in the brown sugar and salt and stir until combined. Cook for 2 more minutes and toss to coat the carrots with the glaze mixture.
Remove and serve while warm. Enjoy!
Transfer any leftover carrots to an airtight container and allow to cool completely.
FRIDGE: Store carrots in the refrigerator for three to four days.
FREEZER: These carrots can be frozen for 2-3 months. However, keep in mind that the carrots may be a little mushy after they are thawed and reheated.
