- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts washed and trimmed
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Trim the Brussels sprouts by cutting the end off and then cut the Brussels sprouts in half.
Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat. Put the butter on the grill and allow it to melt. Use a spatula to spread the butter out onto the grill.
Add the Brussels sprouts to the grill and toss to coat them in the butter. Spread them out in a single layer. Add the garlic powder, brown sugar, salt and ground black pepper to the top of the Brussels sprouts and stir until combined.
Cook the Brussels sprouts, stirring them frequently for 3-4 minutes.
Cover the Brussels sprouts with a cooking dome and cook for 3-5 more minutes flipping them halfway through. Cook until the Brussels sprouts are to the tenderness and brownness that you prefer.
Remove from the griddle and serve immediately.
