Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts washed and trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Trim the Brussels sprouts by cutting the end off and then cut the Brussels sprouts in half.
  • Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat. Put the butter on the grill and allow it to melt. Use a spatula to spread the butter out onto the grill.
  • Add the Brussels sprouts to the grill and toss to coat them in the butter. Spread them out in a single layer. Add the garlic powder, brown sugar, salt and ground black pepper to the top of the Brussels sprouts and stir until combined.
  • Cook the Brussels sprouts, stirring them frequently for 3-4 minutes.
  • Cover the Brussels sprouts with a cooking dome and cook for 3-5 more minutes flipping them halfway through. Cook until the Brussels sprouts are to the tenderness and brownness that you prefer.
  • Remove from the griddle and serve immediately.
