Corn on the Cob in Foil
Slather your corn on the cob in butter, sprinkle with salt and wrap in aluminum foil. Then either bake it or grill it!

- 4 cobs corn husked
- 4 Tablespoons butter softened
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat grill to 350-400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Tear off 4-12x12 pieces of tinfoil. Place a piece of corn on each piece of foil. Rub 1 Tablespoon of softened butter over each piece of corn and sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon salt. Wrap in tinfoil.
Place each piece of wrapped corn directly on grill grates. Grill for 18-20 minutes, rotating corn 3-4 times during that time so it doesn't burn.
Remove from grill and enjoy.
