- 2 pounds whole carrots washed and peeled
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, about 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Leave the middle burners off for indirect heat cooking.
Then, place carrots into a casserole dish and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss until all the carrots are coated.
Remove carrots from pan and place carrots directly on the grill grates over the indirect heat spot on the grill and grill carrots over indirect heat for 18-20 minutes or until fork tender.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
