Grilled Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds whole carrots washed and peeled
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, about 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Leave the middle burners off for indirect heat cooking.
  • Then, place carrots into a casserole dish and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss until all the carrots are coated.
  • Remove carrots from pan and place carrots directly on the grill grates over the indirect heat spot on the grill and grill carrots over indirect heat for 18-20 minutes or until fork tender.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.
