Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for indirect heat.
  • Trim any excess silverskin. You can leave a small fat cap on the top of the roast. Rub the roast with mustard and season with Sweet and Smoky Rub.
  • Place the seasoned pork loin directly on the grill grates over indirect heat. Cook the pork loin for 1 hour or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove the pork from the grill and allow it to rest for 15 minutes. Slice into 1/4 inch slices and serve.

Notes

FRIDGE: Place leftover slices of pork loin in an airtight container and store in the fridge for 3-4 days.
FREEZER: Wrap leftover pork loin in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. You can also place leftovers in an airtight container. Freeze for up to 3 months.
To reheat, place in the oven with a splash of water and cover with foil. You can also reheat slices on the stove top until heated thoroughly!
