- 12 breakfast sausage links cooked
- 30 ounces frozen hash browns thawed
- 1 ½ cups marble jack cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 12 large eggs
- ½ cup yellow onion diced
- 1 cup milk
Preheat grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, combine eggs, salt, ground black pepper, 1 cup shredded cheese, diced onions and milk.
Grill sausage links for 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Remove from grill and cut into 1'' pieces once cool enough to handle. This can also be done a day or two in advance, just keep the sausages in the fridge.
Spray a 9'' x 13'' disposable aluminum pan with non-stick spray. Spread out hash browns on bottom of pan. Top with sausage pieces.
Pour egg mixture over sausage and hash browns. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
Grill over indirect heat at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes or until middle is set.

To bake casserole in oven:
Prepare breakfast casserole according to directions.
Bake in oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 60 minutes or until middle is set.
Fridge: Store leftovers in an airtight container up to three days in the refrigerator.
Freezer: Store in freezer bags or airtight containers in smaller portions to reheat individually.
Reheat leftovers on the stove top or in the microwave until they are hot through the middle.
