- 1 pound raw shrimp tail on (thawed if frozen)
Marinade
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 3 clove garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a medium bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients together. Stir until the garlic is fully incorporated.
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels then place the shrimp in the bowl with the marinade and toss to combine. Cover and place in the refrigerator. Let it marinate for 30 minutes up to 2 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium high heat, about 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the marinated shrimp on the grill grates and cook for 3 minutes. Flip the shrimp and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until shrimp is done.
Remove from the grill and enjoy.
Throw away any unused marinade that is left in the mixing bowl.
Fridge: Store leftover marinated shrimp in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Freezer: Once cooled, freeze leftover shrimp in a single layer on a parchment line baking sheet before storing in a freezer bag or airtight container. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating.
To reheat leftover grilled shrimp, use a low heat on the stovetop. Add a little water for moisture and cover. Heat until hot throughout.
