- 12 all beef hot dogs
- 2 Tablespoons Sweet and Smoky Rub
- 12 hot dog buns
Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove the hot dogs from their packaging. Use a knife to lightly crosshatch the skin of the hot dogs.
While they are still wet, sprinkle them with the Sweet and Smoky rub. Make sure to cover all sides.
Put the hot dogs on the smoker and let them smoke for about 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Rotate them after 20 minutes.
Remove and serve warm.
