Smoked Hot Dogs

So much flavor in these easy Smoked Hot Dogs that have our delicious Sweet & Smokey rub on them.

Ingredients

  • 12 all beef hot dogs
  • 2 Tablespoons Sweet and Smoky Rub
  • 12 hot dog buns

Instructions

  • Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Remove the hot dogs from their packaging. Use a knife to lightly crosshatch the skin of the hot dogs.
  • While they are still wet, sprinkle them with the Sweet and Smoky rub. Make sure to cover all sides.
  • Put the hot dogs on the smoker and let them smoke for about 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Rotate them after 20 minutes.
  • Remove and serve warm.
