Preheat the Blackstone griddle over high heat. Season the steaks with Beef Seasoning.

Spread 2 Tablespoons of butter out onto the Blackstone griddle.

Place the steaks on the Blackstone griddle on top of the butter. Let them cook for 2-3 minutes and do not move them to get a good sear on the steaks.

Place the remaining butter on the opposite side of the griddle then the steaks and let melt. Then use tongs to gently lift and flip the steaks onto the melted butter. If the steaks are still sticking to the griddle, this means that they need more time and they are not ready to flip yet.

Reduce the Blackstone temperature to medium heat. Then cook the steaks for 2-3 more minutes to sear the opposite side of the steaks.

Check the temperature of the steak with a meat thermometer and cook until they are done to your preference.
