CHICKEN SALAD

A delicious, healthy Grilled Chicken Salad that starts with a marinated, grilled chicken breast that’s piled on a bed of lettuce, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, grilled corn, cucumbers and avocados.

INGREDIENTS

chicken breasts

lemon juice

Worcestershire Sauce

Olive Oil

Fresh parsley

Fresh oregano

Fresh basil

Garlic

Brown sugar

Salt

black pepper

Place chicken in shallow dish or resealable bag. Set aside.

Instructions

In a small bowl whisk together the ingredients for the chicken marinade.

Pour marinade over chicken, cover and place in refrigerator for 1-4 hours.

Take chicken out of marinade and place on a plate. Discard marinade. Grill chicken.

Remove chicken from grill and rest. Cut lettuce and toppings. Slice chicken and layer on salad with favorite toppings.
