Remove the silver skin from the ribs. Combine the rub for the ingredients and spread on the ribs. Wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate.
Preheat the smoker. Smoke ribs. Mix together apple juice and water in a spray bottle and spritz ribs with mixture every half hour.
Remove ribs from smoker after 3 hours. Place in a foil and pour your apple and honey sauce over it. Seal foil and put back in the smoker.
Remove ribs from the smoker and the foil. Coat ribs with honey garlic sauce and place back on the smoker for 1 hour.
