It’s not summer with out this easy Mexican Street Corn, also known as Elotes, made right on your grill! This is a great summer side dish you are going to love.

INGREDIENTS

Corn

Butter

Lime

Mayonnaise

Sour Cream

Heavy Cream

Salt

Cotija cheese

Chipotle Powder

Cilantro

Mix half of the lime juice with melted butter.

In another bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, heavy cream, lime juice, and salt. Mix. Set aside.

Place the corn ears on the grill and brush with the butter-lime mixture.

Cook until the yellow color of the kernels deepened and brightened.

Place corn on a platter and brush with the cream mixture.
