Learn how to make Smoked Eggs on your Traeger Pellet Grill! It’s so easy and the end result has an amazing flavor. You’ll be cooking these hard boiled eggs on your smoker by the dozen so you can make Smoked Deviled Eggs or throw them in your salads and eat them solo.
Preheat your smoker to 325 degrees F. Place the eggs directly on the grates of your smoker. Close the lid and smoke for 30 minutes.

Remove the cooked eggs from the smoker and place them into an ice bath immediately. Chill and peel the eggs.

Reduce heat on your smoker to 180 degrees F. Return the eggs to the grill and smoke depending on the amount of smoke flavor you want in your eggs.
