Ribs prepared with the 3 2 1 method. Prepared with a dry rub, then placed on the smoke, brushed with BBQ sauce and then enjoyed by you!

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.

Prepare dry rub. Spread and cover ribs with yellow mustard and dry rub. Wrap and rest.

Preheat smoker. Smoke ribs and spritz with apple juice water mixture every half hour.

Remove ribs from smoker, lay on tinfoil and pour BBQ and apple juice mixture into foil. Seal and smoke for 2 hours.

Remove ribs and brush with BBQ Sauce mixture. Place back on the smoker, smoke for 1 hour.

Remove from smoker and brush again with sauce and serve.
