- 1 pound ground pork or beef
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 14 ounces coleslaw mix
- ¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 egg whisked
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- sriracha to taste, optional
- 2 Tablespoons green onions sliced, optional
- prepared cauliflower rice or rice to serve optional
Preheat the Blackstone to medium-high heat.
Place the pork or beef on Blackstone and cook and crumble. Heat until no longer pink, 6-8 minutes. Add garlic to meat and Saute for 30 seconds.
Add the coleslaw mix, soy sauce, and ground ginger to the Blackstone and stir it into the meat. Saute until the coleslaw is wilted. About 3-4 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and Make a well in the center of the meat mixture and add the egg. Scramble until done.
Drizzle sesame oil over the egg roll mixture. Sprinkle with green onions if desired. If you'd like a little heat, drizzle sriracha over the top.
Serve immediately. We like to serve it with cauliflower rice or rice.
