Preheat Blackstone to medium heat.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour and shake off any excess.
Add the olive oil and butter to the griddle and spread it out.
Place the cubed chicken breasts on the griddle and cook for 8 minutes or until chicken is golden brown
Add the garlic to the chicken and let cook for another minute,
Turn the heat to medium-low, then add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, thyme and oregano. Mix until combined. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add the chopped sun dried tomatoes to the griddle and cook for another 3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped fresh basil leaves and serve over warm pasta or rice.

Freeze: We don't recommend freezing this dish as the sauce will separate upon thawing.
Reheat covered on the stovetop or in the microwave. Add a splash of milk or cream to loosen the sauce.
