  • Preheat Blackstone to medium heat.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour and shake off any excess.
  • Add the olive oil and butter to the griddle and spread it out.
  • Place the cubed chicken breasts on the griddle and cook for 8 minutes or until chicken is golden brown
  • Add the garlic to the chicken and let cook for another minute,
  • Turn the heat to medium-low, then add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, thyme and oregano. Mix until combined. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add the chopped sun dried tomatoes to the griddle and cook for another 3 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh basil leaves and serve over warm pasta or rice.

Notes

Fridge: Store leftover marry me chicken in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Freeze: We don't recommend freezing this dish as the sauce will separate upon thawing.
Reheat covered on the stovetop or in the microwave. Add a splash of milk or cream to loosen the sauce.
