- Add the garlic to the griddle and let cook for another minute,
- Turn the heat to medium-low, then add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, thyme and oregano. Mix until combined. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the sun dried tomatoes to the griddle and cook for another 3 minutes.

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese gratd
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ cup chopped sundried tomatoes
- Chopped basil leaves if desired

- Preheat Blackstone to medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour and shake off any excess.
