- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ cup olive oil
Clean and heat grill to medium or about 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a mixing bowl or zip top bag, combine spices and olive oil. Add cauliflower florets and mix until combined.
Place grill pan on grill and spread cauliflower out evenly on the pan.
Close grill and cook for about 20 minutes or until cauliflower is crisp tender.
