Grilled Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Clean and heat grill to medium or about 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a mixing bowl or zip top bag, combine spices and olive oil. Add cauliflower florets and mix until combined.
  • Place grill pan on grill and spread cauliflower out evenly on the pan.
  • Close grill and cook for about 20 minutes or until cauliflower is crisp tender.
