Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat a grill to 375 - 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Wash and trim the green beans. Pat them dry with a towel. In a bowl, mix the green beans with the olive oil, garlic powder, kosher salt and ground black pepper.
  • Place the green beans directly on the grill grates and grill for about 4 to 5 minutes per side, until charred and tender. If you have a grill basket, place the beans in the basket and grill for 12 to 14 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove the beans from the grill. Serve immediately.
