Grilled Sweet Potatoes

- 4 sweet potatoes cut into ¼’’- ½’’ discs
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Preheat gas grill or grill pan to high. If cooking on the grill grates make sure to oil them.
Add sliced sweet potatoes, olive oil, pepper, garlic salt and smoked paprika to a bowl. Toss to combine.
Lower heat to medium. Place potatoes on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes on each side or until soft when pierced. You can also place them on a grill pan if you don't want to cook them right on the grill grates.
Transfer potatoes to another bowl and season with more salt if desired. Serve warm.
