Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops 1 inch thick
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 Tablespoons minced garlic
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat, about 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine honey, garlic, brown sugar and soy sauce in a small bowl and whisk together until mixed well.
  • Brush each chop, on all sides, with sauce to coat. Save the extra sauce.
  • Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for 8 minutes. Flip the pork chops and brush another layer of sauce on the top of the pork chops and cook for another 8 minutes or until internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Take off the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
