- Preheat the grill to medium heat, about 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Then combine honey, garlic, brown sugar and soy sauce in a small bowl and whisk together until mixed well.
- Brush each chop, on all sides, with sauce to coat. Reserve the extra sauce for later.
- Place each of the pork chops onto the preheated grill and cook for 8 minutes. Then flip the pork chops and brush another layer of sauce on the top of the pork chops and cook for another 8 minutes or until internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Take the pork chop off of the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
