- 1 pound large raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Preheat the griddle to medium-high heat.
Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel and set aside.
In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the olive oil and seasoning. Add shrimp to bowl and toss to coat.
Add the butter to the griddle and melt and spread out with a spatula. Then add the shrimp to the melted butter on the griddle.
Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turns pink.
Remove to a serving dish and serve with lemon wedges.
