- 4 thick cut steaks 1- 1 ½ inch thick (New York strip, tenderloin, T-bone or rib eye )
- 2 teaspoons Beef Seasoning
Preheat smoker to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
Use a paper towel to pat your steaks dry on all sides. Season well on all sides with the Beef Seasoning.
Place steaks on the smoker, close the lid, and smoke until the internal temperature of your steak reaches 115 degrees Fahrenheit, about 30-45 minutes depending on the size of your steak. Flip the steaks after 15 minutes
Remove the steaks from the smoker, place on a pan and cover with tin foil.
Turn the smoker up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once your smoker reaches 450 degrees Fahrenheit, place the steaks directly on the grill grates. Cook for 3 minutes, flip and cook for another 3 minutes or until your steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
Remove steaks from smoker and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
