Smoked Hamburgers are such an easy recipe to prepare on your smoker! These Traeger Burgers are juicy and full of flavor from being slow cooked on your pellet grill.

▢ 1 pound ground beef 15% fat content or higher ▢ 2 tsp seasoned salt ▢ ½ tsp ground black pepper ▢ 1 egg whisked ▢ 4 hamburger buns

Preheat the smoker. Combine the beef, egg, salt, and pepper, then form four patties. Place the patties on the preheated smoker and cook.



Remove the patties and toast the buns over high heat. Assemble your smoked burgers on the toasted buns with your preferred toppings.
