DEVILED EGGS

Delicious Deviled Eggs prepared on your Traeger pellet grill. This delicious recipe is a hit at the holidays and parties!

These were amazing – so much flavor! They really put regular deviled eggs to shame. -April

INGREDIENTS

▢ 12 smoked eggs ▢ ½ cup mayonnaise ▢ 2 teaspoons white vinegar ▢ 2 teaspoons yellow mustard ▢ ¼ teaspoon kosher salt ▢ ¼ teaspoon black pepper ▢ smoked paprika or Sweet & Smokey Rub

Preheat your smoker. Place the eggs directly on the grates of your smoker. Close the lid of your smoker and smoke. Remove the cooked eggs and place into an ice bath to chill.

Reduce heat on your smoker. Peel the eggs and return them to the grill. Smoke.

Slice the smoked hard boiled eggs in half. Scoop the yolks out and place them in a mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients to the mixing bowl. Whisk until it’s light and fluffy.

Pipe or spoon the egg mixture back into the egg white. Sprinkle with smoked paprika. Serve!
