Place your steaks on the smoker, close the lid, and smoke until the internal temperature of your steak reaches 115℉, about 30-45 minutes depending on the size of your steak. Flip the steaks after 15 minutes
Once your smoker reaches 450 degrees, place the steaks back on the smoker. Cook for 3 minutes and flip the steak and cook for another 3 minutes or until your steak is to your desired doneness:
125℉ (rare)
135℉ (medium rare)
145℉ (medium)
155℉ (medium well)
165℉ (well done).
