Smoked StEAK

Juicy, tender, & smoked to perfection!

INGREDIENTS

4 Thick Cut Steaks

Preheat the smoker to 225℉. Use a paper towel to pat your steaks dry on all sides. Season on all sides with the Beef Seasoning.

Place your steaks on the smoker, close the lid, and smoke until the internal temperature of your steak reaches 115℉, about 30-45 minutes depending on the size of your steak. Flip the steaks after 15 minutes

Remove the steaks from the smoker and put on a pan and cover with tin foil.

Turn the smoker up to 450 degrees.

Once your smoker reaches 450 degrees, place the steaks back on the smoker. Cook for 3 minutes and flip the steak and cook for another 3 minutes or until your steak is to your desired doneness:  125℉ (rare) 135℉ (medium rare) 145℉ (medium) 155℉ (medium well) 165℉ (well done).

Remove your steaks from the smoker and allow the steak to rest for 10 minutes.
