- 1 bag x-large shrimp (26-30 shrimp per lb) Raw, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound boneless sirloin steak
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon steak seasoning
Preheat grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or a grill pan on the oven to medium high heat. Make sure grill grates are clean.
Cut steak into 1 inch pieces.
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
Combine shrimp, steak, olive oil and seasoning in a bowl, toss to combine.
Tuck the steak bites in the “C’’ curve of the shrimp and thread them onto the skewers.
Grill over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes per side. Grill until shrimp are opaque and cooked through and steak is done to your preference.
Serve immediately.
Fridge: Store leftover steak and shrimp kabobs in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freezer: Freeze leftovers in an airtight container, separating layers with parchment paper. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating.
Reheat on the grill until hot throughout or quickly in the microwave, but be careful not to overheat because the steak and shrimp can become tough.
