Blackstone

French Toast

Saturday morning breakfasts just got way easier!

Thick Sliced Bread

Eggs

Whole Milk

Sugar

Vanilla

Butter

Toppings

Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium, about 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large shallow dish whisk all the eggs, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon until combined.

When the griddle is hot, melt butter on it, spreading it with a metal spatula.

Dip the bread slices, one at a time, into the egg mixture dredging them so they are coated on both sides. Place on the griddle.

Cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 2 minutes, then flip over and cook the opposite side until golden brown, about 2 minutes longer.

Remove to a plate and keep warm or serve immediately with desired toppings.

Only dredge the bread long enough for it to get the egg mixture on both sides. Don’t let it soak too long or it will fall apart. If you don’t have butter on hand, spray your Blackstone griddle with cooking spray to prevent the french toast from sticking.
