Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium, about 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large shallow dish whisk all the eggs, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon until combined.
Only dredge the bread long enough for it to get the egg mixture on both sides. Don’t let it soak too long or it will fall apart.If you don’t have butter on hand, spray your Blackstone griddle with cooking spray to prevent the french toast from sticking.
