Cook the bacon for 3-5 minutes, flip and continue cooking until bacon is cooked to your preferred doneness.
Remove the bacon from the griddle to a plate lined with paper towels to soak up excess grease.
Use thick-cut bacon! It gets so crispy on the griddle. Save your bacon grease. You can use it to cook eggs, greens, vegetables, and so much more. Be sure you evenly cook both sides of each slice. Don’t leave one side on too long!
