Grilled Garlic Bread
When you grab the garlic bread right off the grill or fresh outa the oven do you go for the heel or a slice from the middle? I like the heel. I like all of that crusty crunch you get from the edges. Not to mention the cheese in the Grilled Garlic Bread and BUTTER! Soooo amazing.
And if I’m going to be even more specific I really just go after the cheese! Sometimes it’s best that I’m the one dishing up the plates in the kitchen…
Know what I mean? ?

I love popping this Grilled Garlic Bread on the grill along with my main dish because it’s so easy and it’s always a hit with everyone. My family is a bunch of carb lovers, especially my niece. One day that will catch up with her I keep warning her 😉

What temperature do you cook the garlic bread for in the oven & how many minutes?
Thanks
Megan Mitzel says
The cook time should be about the same for the oven; 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Peggy Courtney says
do you put the bread on direct heat or indirect?
Julie Evink says
I would recommend indirect or the bottom will get really crispy. If you do direct just rotate it!

This is the perfect addition to dinner on the grill! Why heat up the oven when you can toss this delicious bread onto the grill right beside everything else?! I made last week and was literally drooling while I waited for it to finish cooking.
