Grilled Brussel Sprouts on grill

The often overlooked Brussels Sprouts has never looked so good… am I right? Oh my goodness, did I hit it outa the ballpark with this simple recipe for Bacon Wrapped Brussel Sprouts!

I was making these a day that I was home alone and I was feeling sorry for myself! All this food (I made FOUR videos that day!) and no one to enjoy it with me.

I was outside grilling when I happened to spot my neighbor on her mower across the road, who is also one of my besties, and I knew she was the perfect person to share these with. That lucky grill got his amazing Grilled Corn Guacamole too!

The next week I was at their house for their son’s birthday party and her husband was still raving about these recipes.

Ahhhhh the sweet smell of success!

Grilled Brussels Sprouts on skewer laying on grill

I love how the veg gets that dark char and the bacon becomes crispy around the edges. The quick marinade adds so much flavor to this meal, but wrapping them in bacon takes these grilled Brussels sprouts right over the top!

Wouldn’t this be a great side for the holidays? And as quickly as they take to grill no matter where you live, you can pop these on the grill and they will be done in no time! Of course if you do not want to brave winter weather, you can certainly use an indoor stovetop grill also. Hey, no judgement! ?

Gigantic fail! Hardly any flavor. Bacon only works if you use THICK cut… and that’s lots more expensive. Won’t try against n

These cane out food, i ised maple glazed bacon as well.the only thing i suggest is that the Brussels are half cooked so they are not hard as rocks. So microwave for about 4 to 5 min in water and then cut in half… but other than that it was really good!

Hi, I had cheap bacon that would not behave on the skewers so I chopped it up, added it to the sprouts with the marinade and microwaved it. It turned out delicious and super easy . Thanks

We did these and the brussel sprouts were hard as a rock when we used your cooking times. We had to keep them on for at least 30 min. Also, the description says balsamic and the recipe says soy sauce.

Does the bacon make the grill a mess or does it cook up quickly??

Just make sure you spray it with some non stick spray before preheating and it should be a quick and easy clean up!

I saw this recipe and immediately thought of my wife . She loves brussel sprouts . The only thing I am going to change is the balsamic . I am going to try a strawberry drizzle after they are taken off the grill . It’ll add color and seasonal flavor .
