Ingredients For Blackstone Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • All-purpose flour – Regular all-purpose flour is all you need here!
  • Baking soda – This is the leavening agent that will help your cookies rise and spread.
  • Salt – Balances out the sweetness of the cookies. Leave this out if you use salted butter.
  • Butter – Butter gives these cookies a rich flavor and texture.
  • Brown sugar – Sweetens the dough and gives a more caramelized flavor.
  • Vanilla – Enhances the flavor of this sweet treat.
  • Eggs – Large eggs will bind the cookie dough together.
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips – We love to keep it classic with semi sweet chocolate, but you can use whatever your favorite baking chip is.

The butter and sugar mixture has been creamed, and two raw eggs and vanilla extract have been added to the bowl but not yet mixed.

Scoop the dough into 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet or large plate.

Place the balls of dough directly on the preheated griddle. Use a spatula to flatten the dough balls and let cook for 3-4 minutes until golden. Flip the cookies over and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove cookies from the griddle and place on a cooling rack until cookies are cool enough to handle and eat.

How To Serve Blackstone Chocolate Chip Cookies

Serve Blackstone chocolate chip cookies warm with a couple of scoops of vanilla ice cream and dessert will never be the same again. Dip them in a glass of milk for a little nostalgic feel and there won’t be a crumb leftover.

If you’re feeling a little more “drive-in” than a scoop of ice cream or a glass of milk, sandwich a layer of ice cream between two cookies to make a homemade ice cream sandwich! They won’t last long.
